Christmas Decorating

I know, it's not even Thanksgiving yet, but we always decorate right before we leave for the break, so that when we come back home, it's already done! So here we are decorating the tree.

Kung Fu Panda

Tonight we made the mistake of watching Kung Fu Panda, right before bed. As soon as it was over, the girls were kung fu fighting the whole time they brushed their teeth and got ready for bed! Here is a picture of them trying to find their "inner peace". Crazy goons. It was a pretty funny movie though.

Random Pictures

We have really not been up to anything exciting lately! But, here are a few misc pics anyway!
Here the girls were totally excited because they found MATCHING pajamas! They thought it was the coolest thing EVER!

Sydney didn't know that I was going to take another picture, so now everyone can see how she was REALLY Feeling! ha ha ha!

Here is our pet rat. ( I mean, our Norwegian Long-Tailed Hamster) ;) She has definitely gotten HUGE! She has sadly lost all of her curly, baby hair; and looks like a rat now! She is however very sweet and good with Sydney though!

Here you can see how big she actually is! The girls LOVE holding her though! They like to play on the computer while she just roams on the desk. One day, they did that, but forgot she was there, and we left for 2 HOURS!! When we came home she was STILL there! She didn't even pop or pee anywhere and nothing was ruined to our surprise! She had just fallen asleep!

Here is Sydney's top bunk! She spent 20 minutes tonight "organizing" it all by herself. Her aunt even came to visit, and she wouldn't stop to give her a hug! She's like me I think! When she's upset or frustrated, she gets it out with cleaning or organizing, and at the time her & Livia were arguing! Funny girl! She did a good job though.

Here they are coloring together. They really do get a long pretty well. It's nice now that Sydney is old enough for them to actually play together now.

Here is Sydney taking another one of her bubble/candle baths, but this time, Mike set up his laptop on the toilet, so she could watch a movie while she was bathing! Can anyone say SPOILED!?!

I snuck this picture of Livia. She was singing along to music while she was playing computer games! And... since I know she checks my blog everyday, I know you will see this Livia! Love you!!!

I couldn't resist!

I know it isn't even Thanksgiving yet, but Christmas is only 5 1/2 weeks AWAY!!! I am one of those REALLY annoying people who listen to Christmas music in August and am one of the first to buy eggnog; hence the reason my blogs wallpaper has already changed! I figure if I put snowflakes up, than maybe the real stuff will come soon! I know several of you are cursing under your breath right now at just the THOUGHT of snow... but I can NOT wait!!! I say, Bring it on!!! :)

Ballerina's

Sydney has been begging for a few months now for her to join ballet, so we finally signed her up; and so far, she loves it! She even picked out a ballet video from the library which is what she is following along to in the video above.

Cami's "Real" 29th Birthday

I had my birthday on Sunday, and yes.... I really am 29!!! I'll probably stay 29 for the next 5 years too, like every one else, but this year, I won't be lying! I really don't feel 29 though! It really does sound quite old! (Sorry for everyone else reading this who is older than that!) :) We had a little get-together at our house with the usual "gang," my sisters and their families!

Instead of a cake, I had my sister make me a big chocolate chip cookie, since I am a HUGE cookie person! It was really good! I even had chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream to go with it!!
I also got an "emergency" pack of pre-made cookies, in case I ran out!! My family knows me so well!!! This was probably one of my favorite gifts!!! :) - LOL

I also got some exercise bands, some bread pans, a 'Layers' shirt, and some money from Mike and the girls, and my mother-in-law, to get some new exercise shoes that I desperately needed! I was able to get 2 pairs, since the mall was having their "buy 1 and get the 2nd half off" sale! I am way excited to wear them! My sister, Amy, also gave me money to get some shoes online, so I am excited that I get to choose another pair of shoes! Shoes are what I asked for this year, because as a trainer, I am constantly wearing exercise shoes, so my goal is to have 5 or 6 pairs, so I have a new pair every day of the week! :)
My parents also got me a pair of boots that I have been wanting! I was way spoiled this year! Thanks for all the gifts and phone calls everyone!!!

Fun in the Leaves

One of the best times about Fall, is being able to play in the leaves! We had a TON of leaves by our house, (we even brought some home with us from the park!) But the girls were only able to play in them for 2 days until the housing maintenance lady came and raked them all up. Sydney was very upset about it! Here are some pictures while they still had their leaves!

Happy Halloween!!!

I hope everyone had a fun Halloween weekend. We sure did! We stayed here in Moscow, and did the ward's trunk-or-treat, then of course, the mall's trick-or-treat, and then finished with a few neighborhoods. We celebrated it with my sister and her daughter, Tara and Tamara, and my parents came down for the occasion. It was a lot of fun. We even got to go in a haunted house, thinking we were just trick-or-treating; kind-a weird, but very fun none-the-less. I ended up having to hold Sydney through it, and Tamara lost half her candy, as she was trying to defend herself! Pretty funny stuff. Here is a recap of our night:

As you can see, Sydney was a witch, Livia was an angel, I was a football girl, and Mike was...Mike! (He had a little trouble getting into the Halloween Spirit this year!)

This was the first stop of the night!

Here is all their candy. They got a TON of it! They figured out the "system". They would empty their buckets at every new location, so everyone would give them small handfuls instead of just 1 piece. Pretty clever!

My little angels!

The girls were up bright and early the next morning sorting all their candy!
