June was a very fun and busy month, esp since there was only a week of school.
Here's the girls on their last day of school!
Sydney got an Accelerated Reader Award.
Then time for Sydney's school party; that I was in charge of. :)
It was fun and went well.
Sydney and her teacher, Mrs. Leach
Then, of course, Orange Leaf, to celebrate the last day of school! :p
Livia got recognized as graduating Junior High and ended the year with all A's!
Livia and her friend, Taylor.
Livia with some school friends.
Brooke was excited that she finished another preschool book at home, and asked me to take a picture:) No more preschool for her! Kindergarten in the fall! :0
Sydney had a fun end of the school year swim party with the Faith in God girls at church.
Let Summer Begin! YAHOO! :)
Brooklyn turned 5!!! I really cant believe it!
She LOVES this dress that her Nana sent her in the mail!
She got to Skype to her BFF in Moscow, Ella-Bella ;)
And she got a fun package from her!
Livia got her a Webkinz, so she was teaching her how to use it :)
It's funny, she chose the same cake this year as she had last year! :) lol
We got lots of balloons at the dollar store for her party.
And she had a fun birthday party with a few friends.
Here's Taylor, Jules, Brooke, and Jane.
Sydney was in charge of the Bahama Bucks snow cones.
We rented a Princess Bounce House Castle, which was a BIG HIT! ;)
The girls liked playing with shaving cream.
Her Aunt Tara and Tamara got her a gift card to Build-A-Bear in the mall, which she LOVED!!!
She chose her bear and got it stuffed.
She "washed" her up.
Tried some clothes on her.
Chose some skates. ;0 lol
Then gave her a name and registered her. :)
She was VERY happy! And I was very happy to finally be leaving! haha - It was a huge process and took over an hour. :)
Pit stop at Starbucks!
Brooke got a Littest Pet Shop playhouse, since she is totally into that show lately :)
Her Granny sent her a card and $20
Which she chose a big soft body pillow with that she loves.
Brooke got two dresses from her Aunt Shalise, that she LOVES!
Then I went to Girls Camp at camp Holy Wild.
The bathrooms were really gross.
Jody and I made the girls some ("Drama"mine) to help them not spread their drama. (We used jellybeans) ;) It seemed to work pretty well actually.
Jody was a super fun and thoughtful Camp director. She was always giving me cute gifts.
HAHA! I found this on my bed by my friend Lei. :)
It was SO HOT! The one hour of pool time we got felt great!
We had a glow light dance party :)
The giant swing and zip line were super fun! Livia got to do the swing and I did the zip line! :)
On our way home!
Since my mom visited and watched Brooke and Sydney for me while I was at camp. I wanted to take her to the ocean before she left, so she could swim in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
It was a really fun day, until me and my mom and Livia and Sydney were swimming and got bit by a bunch of tiny white weird things. They kind of looked like little spiders or something?? We had to go shower them off!
Brooklyn loves to pose and then trace people with sidewalk chalk. My mom is in orange, then me on the left, then I traced Brooke as a ballerina on the bottom left. She's so funny! :)
I LOVE this pic of Sydney!
Livia has gotten very good at mowing the lawn. She does it almost every week-to earn money ;)
Brooke makes me laugh :)
Mike surprised me with flowers, for NO REASON! That's how I know he REALLY loves me! I guess absence really does make the heart grow fonder, or at least show her fondness better, since he's been in Boston working during the week. :)
It's starting to get very HOT!! Good thing we are leaving for Idaho next month!
Now that it's summer, the girls and I have resumed our racquetball! :)
They are both getting quite good actually.
Brooke likes to play with our backyard turtle.
Here's some pictures of Mike's trip to Boston that I really liked.
He got to visit Plymouth Rock.
Here's some of Brooklyn's art work. She likes to look at Sydney's "How to Draw" book and copy the pictures. She's pretty good!
I got my hair cut and colored! YAY!
I love this fun picture of Brooke and Taylor making art with chalk.
Love this cute picture.
My mom surprised us with a package from her Italy trip, so the girls got a new shirt and I got some new yummy Italian cheese!
The girls found a baby bird that had fallen from it's nest and so Livia looked up what to feed it and helped nourish it to good health, then we found the mom and dad and siblings so we let it go outside. I'm not sure how they babies got back in their nest, since they couldn't fly yet, but they did somehow :)
Love these pics of my beautiful kids.
Sydney was able to take a safe-sitters course at the hospital with her good friend, Laci.
We found a kimono dragon right by our door!!!
We celebrated Kid Appreciation Day this month, and as usual, the girls requested blueberry scones, in bed! :p
And Mike bought them all flowers :)
I am so grateful for my 3 beautiful, smart girls! Life would be so boring and uneventful without them :)
Can't forget about Towel Day with BOOM- BOOM! (Shalise)
Love this made up holiday! ;) and I LOVE the color of this towel!
She earned one sticker for staying in her own bed at night, and another sticker for wearing her brace all night. After 10 stickers she could pick out a treat from the dollar store, and after all 80 stickers were earned, that's how she earned her shoes. :) haha.
She loves to walk on hard floors to hear how they "click" ;) lol
I drove the kids from our ward to youth conference in San Antonio. I had a whole car load.
Then Jody and I walked part of the Riverwalk to grab some lunch before heading back.
