Evening Sky

This is what our evening sky looked like tonight! It was so beautiful! I'd like to take credit for the pictures, but Mike took them. He is a better photographer than I am.

Wreath

I wanted to buy a wreath this year, but they were too expensive! I didn't realize wreaths cost so much! The cheapest one I could find was 16 dollars, on sale, and it wasn't even that great of a wreath! So, I decided to make my own this year. After I bought everything, it was only 10 dollars, and I can say that I made it! (Can you tell I'm proud of it!?) :) Here is a before and after picture!

Holiday Parade

These are pictures from Moscow's Light up the night holiday parade. The first picture is Livia with her best friend, and the second one is Livia crossing the street ALL BY HERSELF for the very first time! It was a BIG moment for us. Okay.. for me! The pictures with the ballerina's in the windows was a live display. It was really cute, and Sydney was in total Awe! She kept wanting to go back and look at them.

Thanksgiving Weekend

This year Mike's family celebrated Thanksgiving at Priest Lake, so we spent most of our time there, and then traveled to Priest River to see my family for some of our stay. It was a fun week. Priest Lake was so beautiful, as usual.

As you can see, it even snowed! The girls were WAY excited to play in the snow!

Here's a fort that the cousins made together. The password was "Peekachoo"! They spent most of their time eating snacks though.

Here is my mom and sister, Tara, looking over the Black Friday ads. Tara & I do black Friday every year! We like to be one of the first people in line. It was a lot of fun!

I especially like this picture, because of my dad's shirt! It makes him look so festive!

Every year, my mom puts up Christmas flowers above her cupboards. Usually I help her, but this year, the girls did it! We also put up lights on my parents' roof. (We, meaning 90% Tara, and 10% me.) Good job Tara! Here is the dreaded tree! After Thanksgiving, of course, we got out all the Christmas Decorations. Every year it always takes us FOREVER to figure out how to put that huge, heavy tree together! This year, I think it only took us 45 minutes! We got it up & decorated though!

The girls did a LOT of karaoke at my parents house! Here is Tamara singing a Christmas Song! All in all, it was a very fun trip. I am thankful for a lot of things, but mainly I am very thankful for my family! I love all of my sisters & brother, and even my in-laws! (Yes, even YOU DAVID!) I am very grateful to have fun kids, who I LOVE to be around, and a husband who loves me, and makes me laugh every day, (and I'm not always laughing AT him either!) I hope everyone else had a happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Vacation House

Here is the house that we got to stay in, along with Mike's sister's family. The homes are up at Priest Lake at Mountain Mill Resort. All the houses are very, very nice. Here are a few pictures of their "awesomeness."

And, of course, EVERY home is complete with a sauna, in the workout room!

Christmas Decorating

I know, it's not even Thanksgiving yet, but we always decorate right before we leave for the break, so that when we come back home, it's already done! So here we are decorating the tree.

Kung Fu Panda

Tonight we made the mistake of watching Kung Fu Panda, right before bed. As soon as it was over, the girls were kung fu fighting the whole time they brushed their teeth and got ready for bed! Here is a picture of them trying to find their "inner peace". Crazy goons. It was a pretty funny movie though.
