~ Fun with Friends ~

Us and our good friends spent the day at swimming, eating, and 4-wheeling. It was a great day to spend with friends! 

Father's Day

We traveled north for father's day to visit Mike's dad, since mine was still in Ky. We had a family get-together with his sisters and their families, with a BBQ. It was a good weekend!

 I was playing with Diana's and Shalise's hair, wishing mine was that long! :)

 

 Happy Father's Day to the best father ever! 

He has made the best children ever and we love him to pieces! :)

Later, we went on a drive up to the lake with Mike's parents and had a fun afternoon.

 You can tell we all had way too much fun on this little zip-line that was at a little park.

Livia was having a cow over her egg-salad sandwich, so I said, "Be quite and eat your sandwich or else go dunk your head in the lake!" She chose the latter! Anything out of eating egg-salad sandwiches! :) Crazy kid! (Good thing you gave me my new beach towel that day Shalise!)

 

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

Our Baby B turns 2 !!

It's a good thing Brooklyn is so young, otherwise she would have realized what a crumby birthday she had! She turned 2 on June 13, and we were so busy with work and church, that the only time we were all together was at 7:30 in the morning! So I made a nice breakfast for everyone, and we all got up early and spent the morning with Brooklyn. I needed to camp with the young women that afternoon, so she tagged along, until I passed her off to Mike that evening when he got off work.  

 For some reason, I didn't even take any pictures of her opening any gifts! She did have a bunch, I promise! :) Here is a picture from a few days before, at Walmart. She loved all the stuff in the Dora section, so much, that she plopped herself down, and would not stop playing until she came to tears; so I made sure my mom bought it for her, and now..... she never plays with it! haha! j/k mom, she loves it! :)

 She did get to swing and play at the young women's camp ground all afternoon and evening!

We are so grateful and blessed to have Brooklyn in our lives! 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY B!!

I realize this is a really bad photo, but it was the only one I had, and I wanted to remember this years Kid Appreciation Day! We always hold it on the first Saturday in June! The girls get breakfast in bed, a day without chores, and they just have fun. They love it, of course! :) (what's not to love, it's like a 2nd birthday!) :)

Livia Graduates Elementary School

She will be in the middle school next year, so the 5th graders had a graduation ceremony. It was pretty funny, but still cute.

 And of course, Jamms on the last day of school!

Mothers Day Weekend

 Mike's parents got to visit us for the weekend, so of course....... Mike put his dad to work outside! They got a couple more trees out

 

 

 I left on Mothers Day with my mom, to visit my brother and his family; so Mike took some pictures of the girls to send me. These were my favorites!  

  

 

Before I left, I got to go to the girls' Walk-A-Thon for school. They both did GREAT! A little too good, that I had to pay a lot more money than I thought! Although the free snow cone if you get 20 laps really helped motivate them too!

 Brooklyn loves her friend, Hallie. She wanted to go home with her! Little Stinker!
