Easter was a great weekend in Moscow! The weather was fantastic! We started the weekend off with an Easter egg hunt on Saturday at the Pullman Park. Brooky even found a prize egg which won her a chocolate bunny. :)
Poor Livia's just too old, so she was Brooky's helper again. This was Sydney's last year as well! :(
She was getting impatient here.... haha
Later, on Saturday, we died our eggs
Brooky LOVED this part :)
Then we made Easter sugar cookies!
Then it was time to send the kids to bed so the Easter Bunny could come. Sydney and Brooky were really cute about setting everything out on the table and making sure the Easter Bunny would see the baskets and goodies. :)
All ready.... the Easter Bunny played it smart this year! He got lots of things the girls already needed for their baskets, like shaving cream, hair ties, and face wipes! Smart little Bunny! :)
Easter Morning.... Everybody happy...
and all smiles...
Except Livia!!!! She came down with the flu over night!!!! Poor girl spent most the day in her room! ;(
Sydney and Brooklyn's new Easter dresses!!!! Don't they look SOO cute!!! Their Auntie surprised them with their new dresses. It was so cute how excited they were opening up a box of clothes for them.... They're such girls! :) haha ~ Thanks Auntie Tara!!! :)
Brooky got these really cool markers in her basket that color on glass and they make a crystal effect.
They were actually super cool and fun to use!
Because Livia got the flu, my sister, Heather and her family decided not to come for Easter dinner anymore, so that meant I wasn't getting the other half of my Easter dinner! :) But we had all the basics there though. :)
Mike started not feeling the greatest and he and Brooky took a nap, so that left just me and Sydney to make Easter dinner; and to EAT Easter dinner. Everyone got off from there regular schedule that day, so when Easter dinner was done and ready, Sydney and I were the only ones there to eat it! Oh Well..... This Easter will definitely be unforgettable! :) haha And I am SOOO glad that I had my Syd-ward to help me and to eat with me! She was a HUGE help! :)
LOTS of Easter Egg hunts with Brooklyn!!
Then on Monday, Livia was finally feeling better and was able to eat a little bit and actually look through her Easter basket.... poor girl won't ever forget this Easter! :)
