We did a lot of fun things in October!!
We visited my parents in the beginning of the month for General Conference & my dad's birthday. We also did our annual yard/garage clean-up with them. It was a beautiful weekend!
The girls were on raking & walnut duty.
Tamara sacrificed her life in the name garage organization :)
One of my jobs were the back doors, I should've taken a before picture, but lets just say you can see the steps and door now! :)
Brooklyn played with this Caterpillar for a long time :)
We celebrated my dad's birthday.
Had to take a trip to Stoneridge for volleyball and swimming.
Brooklyn loved Pappaw's stories! :)
Girls got some golfing in at Nana and Papa's
Papa re-measured the girls :)
The girls finished up their volleyball season in October as well. They both played and did GREAT!
Livia played for the 7th grade A-Team, and was the teams setter. She did really well and started most games.
Sydney improved a lot as well. She was actually one of the best players and arguably one of the best servers. :) It was fun to watch them.
The infamous, annual trip to Green Bluff also occurred this month. It was a lot of fun. I always look forward to it, although, this year was so crazy busy. I guess more people are discovering the good fruit farm! :)
Livia was being a grumpy-bump...
So Mike and Papa taught her a lesson..... it worked. She perked up after that! :)
Me with my "moms" (and Livia photo-bombing us) :)
Brooklyn LOVED everything at the farm. She could've stayed all day I think.
While Mike was visiting from Texas, we were also able to celebrate his birthday with him.
Here's the girls carving their pumpkins
She found this glow-in-the-dark skeleton in our Halloween tub, and carried it around with her for a couple of days. She called it her friend. She even slept with it. It was pretty funny.
Brooklyn wanted to be Rapunzel this year, so I bought her a small frying pan.... BIG MISTAKE! She kept hitting us with it and calling us Flinn. haha
Here's the girls on Halloween
Sydney wanted to be a Mummy
Livia was a kitty cat.
It was a good night. (Other than me backing into a car) :( The girls got way too much candy... as usual.
Here are a few random pictures from the month.
First, here's a few pics to show-off Miss Diva Brooklyn. Everyday she likes to dress up.
If she doesn't want to do something, she says, "Princesses don't do that!"
Here's a few pics with Brooky and her BFF, Ella-Bella (as she calls her) lol :)
They love playing (and fighting) but mostly playing together!
Brooklyn loved the huge pumpkin inside the Co-op
We got a few last visits to the park in before the snow came.
Brooklyn visits this snake EVERY DAY after we leave the gym to say hi. She loves that thing.
We really enjoyed fall this year! It's my favorite season! :)
Lastly, here are the girls' school pictures this year.
I'm so lucky to have such beautiful and smart girls!
(It's funny, Livia curled her hair and Sydney straighten hers) lol
